Elizabeth practices at Caring Hands Medical Clinic where she utilizes her past acute care experience as a hospitalist and as a sole provider from other inpatient /outpatients’ settings to care for her patients. She has the ability to easily differentiate between mental illness and medical condition. At Caring Hands Medical clinic llc, Dr. Ndika integrates her community health assessment skills in addition to a holistic approach to manage her clients.
As a psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she understands that mental health can be restored with proper management and that one-size does not fit all. Every patient’s condition is unique to the individual.
Her main goal of treatment is to guide her patients or clients to a safer area /state where they can manage their own conditions independently. To do so, l use my past- lengthened experience from different healthcare systems. Indeed, I have been employed in a variety of treatment settings including hospitals, emergency rooms, intensive outpatient programs, residential inpatient treatment centers, psychiatric inpatient units, and private practice settings. She believes in the treatment of the whole person (mind, body, and spirit).
